This picture depicts the Flood Control Project in Barangay Dumalian, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur. The project received funding from the DPWH, thanks to the efforts of our Second District Congresswoman, Victoria Yu, and is supported by our project-oriented Mayor, Ex D. Ocapan, along with the City Council Members.
